Pertama kali bisa dan naik dan satu satunya motor yang pernah saya pakai sehari hari adalah Vespa. 1988 waktu dipanggil kerja untuk jadi Med Rep (detailer- itu yg suka nongkrong di tempat praktek dr promosiin obat) di Warner Lambert, ditanya bisa naik motor gak? Gue jawab bisa (padahal kagak) jadi setelah selesai training gue cepet2 belajar naik Vespa (kendaraan resmi Med Rep Indonesia). Sempet nabrak tukang blewah di jl Proklamasi dll. Vespa pertama itu jenis PS 1986, setahun kemudian di ganti PX 1988.
Kemudian sejak lebih banyak ber bisnis di deket rumah, terpikir untuk punya motor supaya lebih irit dan tidak mengganggu lahan parkir di TX maupun di proAKTIV. Pilihan nya Vespa tua dengan alasan murah dan lebih stylish dan satu2nya motor yang pernah di pake.
Setelah sebulan mencari akhirnya di bengkel pak Rahmat saya menemukan Vespa ini, tahun 1972 (1,2 juta). Masih pengen nyari yang tahun 1964, supaya seumur sama gue. Rencana nya sih ini Vespa mau gue restorasi, cetnya mau di balikin ke warna aslinya biru muda (telur asin), cariin kaca spionnya dll.

William Wyler filmed Ben Hur in Rome in 1959, allowing Charlton Heston to abandoned horse and chariot between takes to take a spin on the Vespa.
